This is the weekly programme:
Morning
Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday
- Emiliano will meet you on the beach or at the pool to give you a reminder of the daily programme and get you started for the day
- Gentle muscular awakening in the garden
Thursday
- Gather at the reception desk and set off for a lovely walk along the seafront.
- At the end of the walk, a special breakfast on the beach is provided for participants
Afternoon
From Monday to Friday
- Every afternoon a fixed meet-up at the pool for an energizing water aerobics lesson
- Afterwards, if you still have energy to spare, Emiliano will let you run wild with poolside dancing
- Before dinner join the aperitif game
Evening
Wednesday and Friday
- Baby dance for the youngest guests
- Bingo music with great prizes
Friday
- Baby dance for the youngest guests
- Pool party
Saturday and Sunday
- Reception of the new guests
